If I could give this item less than one star I would. I purchased this freezer as it’s cute and compact looking. When it arrived I followed the directions to sit it right side up for 24 hours before plugging in. Once plugged in the freezer seemed kind of cold but not as cold. The freezer does not freeze, when items are inside. Also the freezer leans it’s not leveled. I boxed the item up to return it and contacted the seller to return the item and explained what is going on and the seller will not provide a return label. The seller is stalling on time for me to return the item as I requested a return label two days ago. The seller responds 24 hours later pushing the day to return item back further. I will NEVER purchase from this seller again.

We bought this to put on the counter behind the bar in our Bar area and it works perfect for people wanting a frosty mug. Downside is, you can only fit so many cups inside of it. If you sell alot of frosty mugs than I wouldn’t suggest this for those that sell alot.
