    First, I received this product on 8/9 – installed on 8/16 and on 10/4 it stopped working. It will power on when plugged in and then power off. On/Off switch doesn’t work.

    The seller KART IT will not refund my money because it is past the 30 day return window. WOW .. it broke within 60 days.

    Good quality and even better sales company. This item was over $2000 for it to break within 2 months.

    Nice freezer for the price. Summit is a good company and when I called about the fronts I got someone on the phone right away. They are located in the Bronx and super helpful. Turns out panel ready option is the same as the stainless model! You have to add the panels on top – this was quite a surprise but ok….

    Very poorly made. Purchased in May, stopped working in October. Not worth the price at all!

    Light weight, like tinfoil! Drawers don’t shut properly.
    Had a little summit two drawer freezer years ago that worked for years perfectly.
    Now they seem to be a cheap version of the original. Not worth having.
