This slid right into my space where my wine cooler was. No problems. just plugged in and it’s been working for 6 months. Keeps food super cold. Lots of space . I absolutely recommend this product. My only con is we have left the drawer open twice but couldn’t hear the alarm….too low

Got the unit, but it was delivered with a bit of damage to a corner that could not be seen before opening the packing material.
The folks at Tanner Appliances made it right and shipped a new faceplate (much easier than returning the unit). Great Freezer, and great service !

If you are looking for the freezer that is most likely to frost up and have all your meat thaw and rot, then look no further this is the product for you! They advertise “anti-frost”, which is a joke if ever heard one. Worst freezer and their refrigerator is just as bad! Horrible horrible horrible horrible product. Avoid at all costs!

The two-drawer freezer arrived looking good, then we plugged it in. No cooling. We called Summit, the manufacturer, and tech support had us try a few things, but agreed the unit shipped to us was defective. They offered to send out a repair service, but we had no interest in starting out with an expensive new appliance that was defective on arrival. It is very difficult to ship back a 137-pound appliance, but that’s what we did. The 3rd party seller of the freezer, KartIt, was completely unhelpful, and one time even tried to tell us we couldn’t return it. I would never purchase anything again sold on Amazon through KartIt. Not a good experience, so we can’t recommend it.
