    -1 year purchase review-
    Decent quality chest freezer, the inside metal sheets are too thin they get dented too easily.
    I put this freezer under hard use in my restaurant, the handle is so flimsy I ha dot replace it 4 times in little over 1 year. Put under intense use often the lid get stuck due to the vacuum created by the cold air inside.
    Motor seems to be good and powerful.
    I would have chosen something commercial grade but this was the only freezer able to fit my limited space.
    it is probably ok in a house setting.

    The handle that you use to lift the lid has broken due to repeated use. The plastic is thin and must be treated gently. The freezer itself works fine. Performs as advertised.

    I ordered this product as I had thought my chest freezer had given up and fortunately for me I was able to restore it. I’m leaving this review for Jason at lucky kitchen supply b/c from initial order to delivery to refund the communication was amazing, I cannot thank him enough for his deligence and effort on helping me initially to get the product timely and later on for getting my refund. Definitely will order from lucky kitchen supply again. Thank you Jason!

    It was shipped by truck and packaged properly.
    Its obviously heavy and unwieldy and does not have wheels, so I purchased two of the little furniture dollys from Home Depot for $20 each and bingo – easy to manuever.
    I followed the advice of other reviewers and the written directions: let it sit in your garage or wherever you will keep it for a full 24 hours before even plugging it in. Then plug it in, turn it on and run it for 4 hours before loading it.
    It holds a zero degree temperature just fine so far, and I checked the accuracy of the stock internal temp gauge – its accurate.

    Even though tracking seems to believe I haven’t received this item yet I most certainly have. I like the fact that this freezer actually has wheels on it. That makes moving it around so much easier than the one it replaced.
