I want to just stretch all the time because it just feels good.My dose before bed DOESN’T make me sleepy, per se, but IT DOES definitely improve the quality of my sleep when I get there. There is scientific information out there regarding the brain waves during sleep following Mg supplementation in subjects that indicate the brains being able to get into the more refreshing stages of sleep for longer periods of time in many of the people that were studied. Melatonin but only one kind, DOES make me sleepy when combined with CALM. The brand is “Drug free” Natrol Melatonin Liquid 2.5mg w/ Ethyl Alcohol “as a preservative” lol…but, hey, it works just use the measuring cup and don’t chug out of the bottle). The Calm + this brand of melatonin at bedtime is a winning combination for me.I have worked myself up to 3 doses a day. At night, and afternoon/evening, I just take the regular version…why, is explained next. In the morning I take the version with the Mg/Ca/Vit D combination…..Vitamin D + Calcium should always be taken when you get up, not before bed. Vitamin D, the “sunshine vitamin” in addition to promoting Ca absorbtion, sort of tells the body to wake up (makes sense). You might say, hey, but, Vitamin D milk makes me sleepy! Well, that is probably because of the Tryptophan in milk counteracting the effects, plus there is probably less D/Ca in milk than what is in many supplements.So, anyway…I’ll just say I’ve taken probably 15 or so different formulations of Mg and none work as well as this one. If they could only fix that inital laxative effect LOL, it would be 100 percent perfect.
surprising awesome. i doubt that cycling under my desk is going to result in my figure looking like it did when i was practicing muay thai 13 hours a week, or even when i was spending an hour and a half on an elliptical trainer each night, but what i can say is that it is AWESOME to know i’m burning at least a handful of calories extra each hour than i otherwise would.here’s my quick and dirty review after two days of use:this product is, as everyone else says, shockingly well made. despite the hundreds of reviews indicating its high quality, heft, smooth rotation, and absolute silence, i was skeptical, and couldn’t help but wonder if perhaps everyone just had lower expectations. well, i can vouch: it is high quality, heavy without being forbiddingly so, and rotation is absolutely smooth and there is no noise at all. i cannot tell you how many people have walked by my desk in the past two days who didn’t even know i was cycling unless i pointed it out.so that right out of the gate: if you want to try an underdesk cycler, don’t go cheap to save $50, and don’t waste your money on the $300 versions. start here. even if it ends up not being for you, it WON’T be because it’s cheap or squeaky or impossible to put together.which brings me to the next thing: it is, again, as others have mentioned, painless to put together. i did it in about ten minutes, and it only took that long because people kept stopping by my desk to ask me wtf i was doing.as for results, it’s too early to tell, and again, i don’t expect them to be shocking, but what i can say is that my thighs and even glutes are already noticeably firmer (not sure how my glutes are, since i’m just SITTING, but indeed they are). the most surprising benefit, though, is already tighter abs. when i woke up this morning, i expected my legs to be sore – they weren’t. it was my CORE that ached, and it was a delicious sort of ache.this is because if used properly, you will be sitting on the edge of your chair, holding your stomach in, and relying on your core for balance as you pedal and type at the same time. which brings me to an important note: you definitely want to observe correct posture,, and NOT try to use this sitting back in your chair, because if you don’t, your lower back will begin to ache in as little as five minutes.also, regarding those who have said they don’t like peering under their desks to look at the display – i can’t speak for older versions of the machine, but at least in the new ones, there’s a long cord and stand so that you can put the adapter on your desk and monitor your progress.i will say that i’m a little flummoxed by reviews here and elsewhere that indicate averaging “ten miles a day”, or even 40, because at least if mine is calibrated correctly, i did 97 my first day and 104 today. i hit 7 miles within the first ten minutes of my workday today. of course, i have resistance set at only 2, and am pedaling quite fast, and doing so *most* of my workday (290 minutes yesterday, 300 today), but i have a hard time believing i’m ACTUALLY pedaling at 23 to 25 mph, which is what the meter indicates. so i’m skeptical i’ve actually hit THAT distance.either way, this is probably the best $160 i’ve spent in awhile, and even if i don’t end up looking like i spend three hours a day in the gym as a result (and i won’t), it’s awesome to not just be sitting and spreading ever wider the nine hours a day i’m behind my desk.also, as others have stated, my coworkers are fascinated. the skeptical ones: “we’ll see how long you stick with it,” and “there’s no way that mileage is correct.” the curious ones: “that’s so cool! if you start seeing results, i might get one too!” the enthusiastic ones: “let me try it! oh wow, this is awesome!! where did you get it? how much? can you send me the link?”all in all, again, if you want to go an under-desk cycle route, don’t even hesitate to go with this product.oh, by the way:regarding the calorie counter, don’t get excited. i’d supposedly burned 2000 calories by noon yesterday. even the literature that comes with the cycle says “don’t trust the monitor, it’s wrong.” go to the website they give you and plug in your age, height, weight, resistance, distance, and time, and it will give you a theoretically more accurate calorie count. for a profound example, by the time i left the office today after 5 hours of cumulative peddling, i’d supposedly burned over 4000 calories. when i plugged my numbers into the site, it gave me a far more realistic read of 687. not as exciting as four grand, but still, 687 calories more than i’d have burned otherwise.in summary, you can’t go wrong with this – though if you are tall or your desk is weirdly low, you’ll have issues – but you would have issues with ANY of these products, in that case, and probably none that would be so smooth and silent and well-made. this is a shockingly high-quality product for the price, and honestly, i kind of can’t believe how inexpensive it is relative to its worth.
One of the best and most effective health-improving devices I have ever purchased. These glasses are magic. That’s the only way I can describe the effects that I have noticed over the past 4 weeks of wearing them. I am a male in his early 30s who is in excellent physical and mental health. However, ever since a very young child (elementary school!) I have gotten up very early. Sometimes, 4am-5am, which to me is OK. But there have been times throughout my life where I would be getting up as early as 2am, for basically no reason. Working from home means I can work at any hour I want, and I got into a habit of doing this, because the house and my home office/studio is very quiet at those hours. In fact, nearly a decade ago, it saved my life, as my apartment building caught fire at 3am, and I was the only one awake. I called 911, simply because that is when I am awake. Everyone made it out (everyone on the top floor, including a baby, had to be rescued via the fire department with rescue ladder trucks as the entire hallway was up in flames) – but the fire chief who was on scene later that morning said they got there within “minutes” of people on the first floor being overcome by the smoke. I felt like I had been in that apartment for some reason. And my early morning waking was a big part of it, though I often think I just got lucky in that case.Nevertheless, it has sometimes felt impossible to stay asleep longer than this 2-3am thing. I remember thinking, how do people actually stay in bed so long? I have not had an alarm clock wake me up in decades. To much of the amusement of my friends, and occasionally, even doctors, I have expressed how I wish I could sleep in ! Many people say, damn, “I wish I was like you!”. It has it’s advantages, especially for morning shift work, which I have done nearly my entire professional career; 6am-2pm shifts in public safety dispatch, air traffic control, and such. Yet, the issue here is I, for many years, would be sleepy by 8-9pm, and it was something I have always wanted to try to shift. Even if I went to bed at 11pm or later, I would still be up at 2-3am.I have spoken to doctors about this, and it’s not insomnia (my sleep cycles are actually excellent). I have heard at least one person describe this as an ‘evolutionary advantage’. I don’t know if I’d go that far. LOL. Basically, it became fairly obvious that I did not have insomnia, or any issue with my sleep itself. I got tired, I slept, and I naturally woke up. But it simply happened on a shifted cycle, one that was a few hours advanced than the planet. Indeed, I thus finally came to realize that I was one of the rarest of the ‘circadian rhythm challengers’: a young person who did not have delayed sleep phases, but actually had the truly elusive and often overlooked ADVANCED sleep phase disorder. This is common in older people. But apparently I’ve always had it. And there’s a lot of evidence it’s tied to genetics (I have family members who have this, too).But – wearing the Luminette 3 for one or two sessions in the mid afternoon, in just over 4 weeks, has pushed my sleep a full TWO HOURS. I have been naturally awake until around 10pm now, and I am now getting up around 4-5am consistently. I haven’t seen 2am on my clock in weeks. Furthermore, I am absolutely less tired throughout the day, and my Fitbit sleep and stress scores all improved. Of note, my heart rate variability also improved by almost double. I was very skeptical of this device, simply because I did not understand how powerful circadian entrainment can be. But, wow. I am convinced now. I also have a few pairs of Spectra479 blue-blockers, for use later on in the day, too.My only critique, and it’s more or less just a suggestion, but it should be explained that, removing the protective blue film that is over the hologram is a bit confusing and can put the functionality of the device at risk. I figured it out, but I could see how someone could actually inadvertently rip the entire hologram off the device; which is the centerpiece of the technology. So, the company should better explain this, or just ditch the protective film all together. All in all, this is not enough to detract from my personal opinion of these, which is that they are a true 5/5 device, and one that has greatly improved my life.
Cheap and easy to use. Looking for very reasonably-priced, basic “in boxes” for your desk? These work very well. Only downside is they are not super-sturdy when stacked and nothing is in them (the extra weight seems necessary to stabilize).Sturdy, affordable, no assembly required.
Beneficial, Easy to Use & Practical. I have been looking into solutions for light therapy after reading about the effectiveness and was surprised to find light therapy glasses. I have been using these for better sleep and better visibility during the day from wear and tear working on a computer 40+ hours of the week. So far, so good. I really like the fact you can wear these around the house at your own leisure. If I am doing things standard tasks around the house or just curled up on the couch, I put them on to get the wear time. I am seeing an overall benefit but you do need to use them daily. I find if I skip a day, the benefits aren’t as noticeable. When I do wear them its anywhere from 15-30 minutes – again just depends on what I’m doing around the house. For me, benefits have been much more alert & less strain felt on my eyes. What I like: How easy it is to wear them, they are snug and don’t fall off, very comfortable to wear, comes with a nice travel case, and re-chargeable – very practical and no need to keep purchasing batteries. It comes with extra nose pieces too, which is always appreciated to have an extra set aside should the current piece get wear and tear. Overall I really like these and would highly recommend if you are looking for a solution to better sleeping, better alert, less tired eyes – usage has been outstanding for me!
Wonderful for it’s purpose…sleeping. I’ve been using a weighted blanket for a while, but it was getting to warm this summer. My wife had seen this and recommended it. It’s an interesting middle ground. While it is heavy, it doesn’t have the same solid weight that a typical weighted blanket has. Much more distributed.The big win here is that it breathes wonderfully while still keeping you warm and much heavier than any common summer “blanket” you might want to go to.The quirk to it is the weave. This is not a toss around blanket. As others have shown, it doesn’t take a lot of effort to pull the weave way out of shape. However, its easy enough to make things look normal again if you just smooth it out. Just don’t try to grab and pull anywhere. No shaking it out or spreading it like you might try throwing it like a comforter or sheet. If you need to lift it, just fold it over a few times until you can pick it up with your arms and wide palms. Yeah, that may sound silly, but it’s a very unique, and very nice blanket that should be taken care of with some basic sense.On a similar note, yes, the edges curl. Quite a bit actually. It will also stretch significantly if you let it hang over the edges. If you are buying this for it’s purpose (ya know, sleeping) then you’ll be fine. If you are buying it for looks or showing off to your friends, then you probably won’t be happy.One cautionary note though… I would strongly recommend keeping it away from children because it is the equivalent of a very thick string fishing net. It would be very easy for a child to get caught up in it. Same thing goes for sleepers that tend to thrash or twist up sheets / blankets when they sleep.

Man sollte auf keinen Fall diese billigen Geräte für um die 70 Euro kaufen, weil sie beim tammeln wegrutschen.Ich würde diesen Trainer immer wieder kaufen.
Light therapy for busy people. I have suffered from SAD my whole life and I also work 24 hour shifts that deeply disturb my sleep schedule. I usually manage this problem with sunlight exporsure, but during the darkest days of the year, I’m up and out the door before the sun comes up, so I am unable to enjoy a morning walk and get any sunlight in my eyes. I have a large medical-grade lightbox that I used to set up on my counter while I was preparing my morning coffee and breakfast, but I never spend enough time standing in front of it at the prescribed distance.With these luminette glasses I just throw them on first thing and do my morning routine with them blasting at level 3. The timer on level 3 is 20 minutes I believe – just about as long as my morning routine. Nothing replaces the sun, and I can’t say for certain that this is as strong as a serious light box (not the cheap stuff on amazon), but I can say that I’m feeling good. I’m energized in the morning, and my sleep cycle is slightly less messed up than normal.I’m very happy I purchased these, and particularly this Luminette brand. I wouldn’t take the chance with cheap knock-offs, nor would I blow money on smart features and apps. This product is simple, straightforward, and powerful, and I’m grateful for the impact it has had on my wellbeing.Also you look absolutely crazy wearing them, which has turned into a fun game with my three year old daughter.
Surprisingly great quality and I love it. I was a worried these might turn out to be cheap garbage, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. It’s sturdy and the color is just as pretty in person. The spout is the perfect size for pouring and drinking. The lid closes well and is secure. I tested it immediately by filling it with water and turning it upside down, even giving it a little shake…. Not a drop. The markings for times are clear, whether it’s full or empty. It’s so cute, that it encourages me to want to drink my water and have had no problem getting my daily intake. I love it!
Replaced my Apple Watch with Charge 6, happy. Bought January 2024. So, I have had an Apple Watch since 2017. I LOVED it. But I didn’t love the battery time. The things I was interested in, like sleep tracking, I couldn’t do because it needed to charge or I couldn’t use it the next day. My mom has a Fitbit and for years was telling me to get one. After some health issues, I needed to start being more cognizant of my health. I didn’t want to spend another $5-600 on an Apple Watch that at most gets 2 days of battery now. I was interested in the Oura ring, but I have 60 lbs. to lose and those can’t be sized as you lose weight. So I researched and found the Fitbit Charge 6 was my best choice.Mostly pro’s.It is really comfortable. When I fell asleep accidentally with the Apple Watch my wrist was sore after. So far, I’m getting 6-7 days of charge out of it, which is a game changer. I now don’t miss days of tracking because I forgot to charge it.I feel like the screen size is appropriate and it’s well made. I’m not sure about the accuracy, but reviews I’ve watched where people test them they seem close enough. And that’s good enough for me, I want a baseline.You can adjust the haptics for notifications, I have it on the hardest vibration and it’s awesome. It’s easy to read the screen, just 2 taps. It says you can water lock it for swimming/shower but I haven’t utilized that yet.The app… okay so when I purchased this (January 2024) they offered the premium app for 6 months free, then $80 a year. I will be keeping the premium. It still can be used without, but I want ALL the metrics you can get as well as meditations and workouts. It has replaced MyFitnessPal because I can track everything in this app. It also links with my Bluetooth scale. You can track steps, miles, calories, exercise, activity minutes (150 minutes a week as recommended), standing activity by getting up every hour for 250 steps, (it reminds you). SpO2, HRV, skin temp., HR, sleep (including stages). I’m sure I’m forgetting something. I haven’t used the GPS function which I heard drains the battery significantly.Somewhat cons, or things I would appreciate it having. This device is logged in through Google. I do see messages and notifications from my iPhone 13, but are unable to respond which is fine. You can control YouTube music, but not your Apple Music. It’s Just an adjustment from my Apple Watch. I’m also not able to sync it with Apple Maps because I hate Google maps. And I haven’t figured out how to use that between my phone and the Fitbit yet even after watching tutorials. I wish they had more watch faces to choose from, I think there was about 12?. I just felt like the one I picked was as close to what I wanted, but it wasn’t. The time takes up a large portion of the screen which I feel like is unnecessary. What I feel the app is lacking is something to track when you’ve taken your meds. If they did, this app would literally be a one stop shop for my health/fitness tracking. Note: a comment someone made about med tracking was just set an alarm. The problem is that if you are someone like me that is never at the same place everyday, you could turn the alarm off and then forget later whether or not you took them. It’s a really quick fix they could do.I HIGHLY recommend the Charge 6, I wish I had listened to my mom and got it a while ago. The few things I gave up by switching from my Apple Watch is minor. I’m not missing them other than Apple Maps and Music.

Don’t let the subscription deter you, this alarm clock is completely usable without it.The monthly subscription is mainly for more sounds and bedtime stories, plus 2 added steps to your sleep/wake routine which are ‘Unwind’ and ‘Morning Moment’. I’d suggest setting up some routines while on the free version, to get the feel of it first; then get the free trial and immediately cancel it, so you don’t get charged but can try it out for a month. If you realize that you like the subscription version more than the free: the monthly price is $5 totaling to $60 a year, and the yearly subscription is $50.The sunrise feature is super customizable, you can have the dim lamp go very bright within 5 minutes or up to an hour. There’s 28 different sleep sounds, 12 sunrises, and 13 alarm sounds to choose from without a subscription.Hatch claims this alarm is science-backed in lulling you to sleep but also waking you up gradually and peacefully. Listening to sleep sounds definitely helps me stay asleep for most of the night; whereas before, I’d wake up numerous times every single night. Also I can for sure say that after having this clock for a few months, not once have I woken up to a jarringly loud alarm and jumped out of bed after realizing I snoozed all of my phone alarms.The biggest issue is that it relies on a constant WiFi/power connection. If a cell tower nearby goes down or there’s no power, you’re stuck without an alarm clock.(Aug. ‘24) I got the Restore 2 in the Putty color, it’s a lighter tan with a hint of pink. The video I included shows the Brown Noise sleep sound and the light color Evening Sun. There are instructions that come with the clock that tell you where to touch for adjusting the volume and light, how the two Rest/Rise buttons at the top work, and how to set up the clock within the app. It took about 10 minutes for my clock to connect and register/update, so don’t be worried if it takes awhile.Not only is this an aesthetic clock, but it’s also a sound machine, an alarm, and a curated sunrise. The ability to have a different alarm schedule is a huge bonus as well, especially if you have a differing morning routine depending on the day. Honestly, the price could definitely be lower ($170), but I believe it’s just about worth it over other options.!!! Update:I’ve had the Restore 2 for a year now (Oct ‘25) and had some sound issues for awhile, so I contacted support. The sleep sound that I rely on every night (brown noise) was cutting out after a few minutes and Hatch’s customer support was super kind and gracious. I was provided a replacement power cord and after the sound issue remained, eventually a replacement clock. Since they stopped making the Restore 2, I was genuinely surprised that I was given a free replacement/upgrade to the Restore 3! The only downside to the new model I noticed is that the Restore 3 is a bit taller and doesn’t have the easy touch options on the face. The light adjustment is now on the right side edge (between the routine and light buttons), the invisible touch sensors are hard to manage. The light button on the right side also only has one setting of a warm white at about 60 brightness (shown in photo with the water bottle), which I think is a bit too bright.Regardless, the Hatch products and their team is amazing, they really care about their customers!!

More accurate than your “smart” watch. I bought this to replace another omron pedometer I had for many years that still worked. I gave it to my husband because he was going to start walking more and wanted a step counter. (Of course, that didn’t last very long, which is why I got the new one). This one works just as well and is very accurate – much more accurate than my watch step counter which counts every movement of your arm. You can rack up some seriously high number of steps in a day by making the bed, folding laundry, or dusting knick knacks.Now that I’m in my seventies, I have been trying my best to walk a minimum of 5000 steps a day (of course more is better). And I have accomplished that for over 9 months. It’s surprising how checking your pedometer and realizing you need just another 500 or even 1000 steps to reach your goal can make you jump up and get moving.

Accurate, tiny, weightless pedometer. An accurate tiny, superlight Pedometer. Easy to use. No real instructions, on-line instructions for multiple similar models not always relevant. For me, main thing was to get the stride right. I’m over 6′ tall, and initially kept the standard 32″ stride it was set for. Got real and admitted my stride was actually about 27″. My morning walk went from 2.1 miles to 1.9 miles, LOL! I deleted my basic health app on my iphone that was reporting my identical daily route with variances of more than a quarter mile for each identical walk. This so is small, un-noticeable in the pocket.

Impressive Safe 64 OZ water Bottle. After accidentally breaking a glass water bottle used at my bedside daily, this 64 ounce plastic water bottle filled is easy to carry up 18 steps. The purple and blue colors coordinate with my bedroom colors. It promotes meeting my daily water intake goals. Water is easily poured from the cap spout and can be kept fresh by closing the cap flip lid. I am highly pleased with my purchase.
My Go-To Protein for Years. I’ve been using Orgain 30g Protein for years, and it’s still my favorite. The taste is smooth, not chalky like a lot of other protein powders I’ve tried, and it mixes well with almond milk or in smoothies.What I really appreciate is that it’s easy on my stomach and doesn’t leave me feeling heavy. It’s become a daily part of my routine, and I honestly don’t see myself switching anytime soon. Reliable, clean, and tasty—exactly what I want in a protein powder.
My preferred pomodoro timer despite the useless base. I’m not quite sure it’s worth the price I paid, especially given that the charging base is basically a plastic case with dummy buttons and could easily be removed from the product design given the little value it provides, but the main unit is very useful. I’ve used the cheaper (and smaller) version but I much prefer this unit for its larger display and the mechanical display that rotates when the unit is turned.It’s just as useful for the Pomodoro technique as the smaller cheaper version as it only has a basic kitchen timer beep or a vibration mode.The display does get stuck sometimes, preventing the timer from triggering. It’s easy to fix but perhaps an improvement that could be added to future versions.I’ve deducted one star for the mostly useless base and the occassionally problematic mechanically rotating display.

A noticeable difference in my skin, digestion, and joints. I’ve been using this Omega-3 from Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega for about two months now, and I can genuinely tell the difference. I originally bought it to support my skin, digestion, and overall wellness, since I’ve tried other fish oils before but most gave me acid reflux or that unpleasant fishy aftertaste — not this one!These soft gels have no strong taste or smell, and I’ve had zero reflux, which was a big deal for me. They’re not tiny, but I’d rate them 3/5 for ease of swallowing — totally manageable, especially with water or juice.After a few weeks, I noticed my skin looking more hydrated, my digestion improving, and even my knees feeling less stiff (I have some issues with them, and I combine this with other supplements). Great containers. These are fantastic! The lid snaps on nice and tight. Just be careful throwing them in the dishwasher, had several crack.

Good Price, Good taste, Good Stuff. I really didn’t know what to expect. I’ve tried lots of protein powders over the years. I actually like this one quite a lot. It has NO cholesterol in it, which if you didn’t know is what makes you gain puffy fat from many protein powders. The taste is decent and it mixes very well. The price isn’t bad either as it’s a two pound container. My only gripe, if it’s even a gripe, is the paper seal under the lid does not come cleanly off the jug. I know, it’s minor but annoying just the same. Good stuff I will buying again for sure!

Great product. I would buy this again. Quality alarm clock, the app does work well and is worth every penny. Has helped me develop better sleeping habits, by not keeping my phone on my room when I go to sleep. I sleep much better and I am well rested for the next morning because of this alarm. I love the meditations and the sounds the Hatch has to offer. I like that when the alarm does go off it’s a gentle sunrise as well as sounds. It is pricey however completely worth the investment.
I wear it everyday. Purchased this at the start of the year to help me keep track of some of my health goals. I love that the bands are adjustable. It does well to track the items I am focusing on, with options to track more, if desired. The finish on the band wears after awhile, but does not change the usefulness or wearability of the tracker. One charge lasts about a week. It will shut off and stop tracking items once it get down too low on battery percentage (varied between 5-7%), so be prepared.I have not tested whether the item is waterproof, so I am unable to comment of the effectiveness of that.
DIY Lunchables in reusable containers? Yes please. These are the perfect little snack trays for making your own lunchables at home. They’re top rack safe, stack together nicely, and the lids all match. I have experienced a little warping, but haven’t had any complaints about soggy crackers. Love these.

Work perfectly. We love these containers!!! The size is comparable to lunchables, I fill with different foods everyday and pack in my kids lunches. The quality is excellent it’s a sturdy thick plastic. My favorite they pop right into the dishwasher! I haven’t noticed any problems with food leaking to the next and or out into the lunch box. I will continue to use these!

Super and awesome. This product changed my life. It’s big, purple and full of awesome. The silicone door springs are a great idea. Easy to clean no rusty springs. I take ten pills I can easily count them with the doors shut it’s that big. The locks are secure and easy to open. It is large and would not easily fit in a small purse.

The brand to beat? Seems like it. Thick and safe. Nice and grippy. I needed the thickest yoga mat I could find because I have terrible balance and I was sure to take a tumble sooner not later. I shopped diligently. I checked out Costco – great price but the thickness wasn’t there. I scoured Amazon comparing price and thickness. Turns out the thicker mats were priced significantly higher than Gaiam. Now who knows what deal will make my results obsolete.Well I unpacked the mat and checked it out with a few poses. Yup, right then and there within one minute I took a tumble. Luckily I landed on the mat. It did it’s job and only my dignity was hurt. No bruises except to my ego.But with my horrid balance it could easily have turned out differently.I think I should buy at least two more. Cuz I ain’t going to land perfectly every time. And no more standing balance poses for me.With the critical safety feature well demonstrated and cost effective come other issues.The mat is a relatively standard size for a quality yoga mat. I have certainly tried to save money and ended up with smaller and thinner mats. But back then my balance was significantly better and the trade off seemed reasonable.It seems to have a permanent curve in the mat. Makes it easy to roll but there is definitely an up and down surface spreading the mat. The harness to hold the mat is very secure, holds well but not the most convenient on the planet.The surface is nice and grippy very important to me. The mat has just enough give that you can sink your toes in a little bit. Excellent! Boy do I need that.Assuming I can stay balanced the whole time this is a comfortable (!) mat and if I just bounce off then you should not experience pain from extended standing poses.
Love This Light. Love this light! It is the perfect size for my dressing table, where I use it daily along with a magnification mirror to check out my face. Amazing what one can see with a really good light. It is lightweight, has several brightness settings, easy to use and seems to be of very good quality.

Quality health tracker. Does all the things, gives you a trial of Fitbit premium. Has a number of different workout modes you can log and good for sleep tracking. Apple could never make me hate Fitbit ..I don’t like that google forces its way into your life and makes you log in to Gmail to use it.
Keeps me alert, active. This little timer has got me trained to get up from my chair every 10 minutes to stretch and get the blood pumping. I used to have trouble being wakeful at work and this has changed the equation. It’s very configurable, easy to use and I can recommend it.
Great light unit for winter depression. Wow, this is a great find. Clear bright light, easy to use, works well and does what it was made for. I looks goood sitting on the counter, is easy to use. It was expensive compared to the smaller 8″ X 10″ units, but well worth the cost. I have SAD (winter depression) and have benefited greatly from using full spectrum therapy lamps (Often called SAD lights). This one has an unusually large screen, rather than sitting close to it, as I have done with smaller versions, I have it on the kitchen counter and turn it on first thing in the morning while I am making coffee and unloading the dishwasher. It’s impact has been significant, really helps, I’ve had little winter depression this year.
