We have been using this freezer about a week and it works great. It’s not too big and not too small.
Make sure you read the manual. The was a popping and cracking that was worrying my wife and dog but the manual explains that is just the compressor moving the coolant around. It stops after a little while.
The freezer was well packaged and the visible damage to the box did not translate to the product. There is a small dent with some buckling on the top, back left corner which is hard to explain. The top back corners had metal corner protectors where all others were plastic. The box corner nor the metal protector where damaged so it might have happened before or during packaging.
Otherwise, at one week in, I recommend this freezer.

I really liked the ability to change the direction of the door and I like the way it distributes the freezing effect. Unfortunately it simply gave up the ghost, costing me hundreds in the meat I had stocked inside. I ordered it in April of this year but didn’t end up plugging it in until near the end of May (I just didn’t need it yet). It’s now July 2nd and after barely a month of operation I come in to find a horror scene of blood running across the floor. I open up the freezer to see hundreds of dollars in meat totally thawed and nearing room temperature. I have nowhere else to put it even if I was sure it was still good. I can’t afford this, I buy in bulk specifically to save money. To have all that bulk wasted is a huge hit to the wallet. This is my first one star review. The freezer couldn’t actually freeze for even a month. I confirmed it’s not a problem with the outlet or the breaker and it’s not like something could bump into it or anything like that down in my basement, it just couldn’t do the bare minimum for a freezer (stay cold).
Edit: When we contacted support they did send us a replacement freezer, however they sent us a white one to replace the black and stainless steel we ordered. On top of that they had us pay to send the power cord back to them for the original (I dont care about sending the cord but I do mind that they had us pay). And the cherry on top is that I now have to pay the disposal fee on the defective freezer.
So total costs
~$350 – freezer
~$300 – meat destroyed
$125 – disposal fee
$15 – shipping the power cord
And the end result is a freezer that’s the wrong color

It gets a little too cold even on the warmest setting. Everything is DEFINITELY frozen, so that’s good- but freezer burn is definitely something you’d want to watch out for.
I keep mine in a laundry room, so it isn’t really seen by company or anything- but it has several dents as other people said theirs did too. If that would bother you, I wouldn’t get this. If it’s out of view, not a big problem.

Perfect little freezer sits right next to our big fridge.

If you’re looking for a small upright freezer this is the perfect size for 2 ppl this is just the right size. Just note that this is not a frost-free freezer so it frosts up fast. We keep it on 1 which keeps everything very frozen and helps with ice build-up. I have to say this freezer vacuum seals every time you close it which is a real cost-saving, but make sure you get everything you need when it opens as it’s hard to open once it seals. I love this freezer perfect for us.

Works better than perfect. It does not (yet after 6 months) become thick with frost and need to go through the arduous process of defrosting it and removing all the food. It will happen eventually, but so far it’s been very self sufficient.

Seems to be a good deal and keeps temp constant. I have it in the basement tho so the temp is very consistent down there on the cooler side. Shelves are nice size, compact but hold several packs of sausage. I also have a couple of 6# turkey breasts in there on a shelf and they fit fine. The only issue is the door opens with depressed slots as handles on the top of the door and I always tip the unit when I try to open so it takes two hands to steady and open. Not a big deal but if that type of thing would annoy you, you e been warned

It’s small but fits perfectly in my garage. It holds a good amount of items. It did have a small dent on the side but it doesn’t have any issues. It was ready to go in less than 12 hours.
