    Does not work well. Does not freeze

    This freezer worked great for about a month then totally died. It’s not eligible for return so purchase at your own risk.

    Fridge not keeping freezer at right temp tried to return but had to pay for return, Seller does not cover retun even if it is broken when you get it. Do not rec. getting this product.

    This freezer is excellent. The space inside is more efficient than I thought it would be. It is quiet and it looks nice. If it continues to work without issues (I had it only for two weeks), I can highly recommend it.

    I had a small space for it and it fits in it nicely, with a margin of few inches around it, which the manual requires.

    If the freezer had a translation from the setting (min-normal-max) to the actual resulting temperature that would have been helpful, but they recommended start-at-max and go to normal, so I did start at max and went to between normal and max, and that seems to be working fine.

    Defective item and seller is making customer pay shipping.

    Don’t waste money if need a minus 20 – this is equivalent to any small freezer that I already own with a “medical freezer” slapped on the front, does not function as need to store biological tissue

    Had to defrost after two weeks without anything in there. Could be the seals. Will prob get something larger and w a visible digital temperature to monitor
