    Within minutes of ordering this I started reading reviews and almost cancelled the order . Apparently 9 out 10 seem to be delivered with some kind of damage . Freezer was delivered , box showed no damage and because it spent all day in the delivery truck standing upright , there was no reason to wait before unboxing and plugging in right away . I got to say I was absolutely shocked , the freezer was well protected by the packing and was in perfect new condition … no dents , no scratches , nothing broken …. plugged it in and it was down to zero in about 2 hours … its a few weeks now and is about 1/2 full with food and is maintaining -8 below zero with no issues and a very minimal amount of very light frost … I am glad I didn’t cancel after reading the reviews ! Perfect size , great price and in stock with 2 day free delivery … Can’t wait till Amazon starts selling robots

    This little freezer works well for the most part, but it builds up frost worse than any other freezer I have ever seen. Will start to build up new frost within a day of defrosting it. Trying to keep it at bay to reduce how many times it needs to be done does not help. So while it works, I would not choose this one again.

    Despite comments this freezer ices up quickly, I purchased one. Sure enough, after 2 days the inside was full of ice. However, I have solved this problem. The icing occurs because warm air is attracted to cold air and when the seal does not seat well to the frame, ice is formed. A simple solution solved the problem. I inserted a piece of paper between the seal and the metal frame and moved it up and down until I located an area where there was no friction and that indicated where the warm air was invading the freezer. Next I used a hair dryer to soften the seal where the leak was noted on both the inside and outside of the seal. This took about 3 minutes. When the seal was softened, i gently pull the seal apart and then closed the door. The whole project took less than 10 minutes. After one week, still no ice on the inside of the freezer and everything is working great! Although it was probably not part of the problem, I removed the plastic cover from the outside of the freezer which also covered the part of the frame where the seal met the frame.

    Just like other reviews, this arrived quite dented but in a perfect shipping box. I initially tried to return it and they offered me a discount of $38. I took it. The freezer works great. I’ve had no problems with it. It has the option to turn the temp down to refrigerator temps. It is very quiet.

    I was afraid from so many negative reviews I don’t know why Maybe they had a bad experience my experience was excellent was no scratches on it I took the device of not turning it on before 48 hours and it’s working very good Compact size fits into my kitchen Even it’s a small kitchen Does not make noise Good quality and it fits on the shelf a 9 by 13 Plus another small one

    It took 3 months due to being out of stock, but we were able to lock in the price of $319.00. The wait was worth it. It’s exactly what we needed. So far no issues. Works great. I waited 24 hours before plugging in. I checked the seal fully, to ensure good closure. It definitely has a solid seal. It was pretty easy to balance.
    Very happy with our standing freezer purchase.

    I was thrilled with the great price and the small size of this upright freezer. Three or four days after plugging it in and putting food in it, I opened the door to discover moisture and condensation and lots of frost around the top centre of the unit and the door. That was the only place frost was forming. The seal in the top centre of the door is not perfectly airtight, so I will have to figure out how to deal with that problem. I’ve only had it six weeks, and I am very happy with it except for the leaky seal and frost buildup (which I can live with & are determined to resolve)..

    Arrived with damaged base so that freezer stands imbalanced.
    Freezes as it’s supposed to.
    Company was responsive; I accepted about 30+% refund rather than return it. It looks good.

    The first 6–7 weeks with this freezer were great, but after that problems started showing up. Food began to get frosty, shelves would accumulate frost, and items would stick to them. I made sure the door was properly closed and even cleaned it thoroughly following the manufacturer’s instructions. Still, the same issue came back after about 4.5–5 weeks.

    The next time, I took extra care to ensure all foods were completely dry before placing them in the freezer. Unfortunately, the frost buildup returned again in roughly the same time frame. At this point, it has become a frustrating routine, which should not be the case for a brand-new freezer.

    On the positive side, the unit looks great, runs quietly, and it does freeze food effectively. However, the constant frost buildup is unacceptable and very inconvenient. Overall, I’m not satisfied with its performance despite its good looks and low noise.
